In this role, he was responsible for QA management and UAT of ZEE5, Ditto TV, and OZEE applications. He managed a team of 10 testing resources outsourced to Tata Elxsi, Bangalore, and 4 internal resources. He defined and planned testing activities for QA engineers and worked with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development cycle. He also identified opportunities for improvement in cross-platform security, quality, and process controls. Safwan has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University and a BscIT degree from the same institution. He also attended Shankar Narayan college. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in QA, testing, Frontend, Backend, and Software Engineering.
