Sagar Anantwar is a seasoned product management leader and strategist with over 10 years of experience in product, strategy, process, and engineering. He has a proven track record of improving efficiency and profitability through product management, design thinking, process improvement, cost reduction, and customer management using data and value chain analytics. Currently, Sagar is the Head of Product - Platforms at Joveo, where he leads a team of six product members to help organizations source the right candidates for their hiring needs by delivering products that focus on optimizing the media buying strategy, improving the speed to market, and increasing target relevancy. Prior to this, he was the Director - Product Management at Joveo and built a team of 18 members at Moglix, where he delivered products across the end-to-end supply chain encompassing procurement intelligence, online marketplace, order management, warehouse management, and logistics management. Sagar has successfully led multiple large-scale global teams with members from the USA, Mexico, Germany, China, Spain, and India, delivering global projects. He has worn many hats in his career, including engineer, program manager, product manager, product strategy leader, and strategy consultant, which has given him the ability to analyze business and problems from multiple viewpoints, provide innovative solutions, and navigate solution delivery of complex challenges. Sagar holds a PGP from ISB, a Master of Science from the State University of New York, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Pune.
