Sagar Gaur is an experienced software engineer with a passion for computer science and a focus on engineering at MarkovML. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Sagar has honed his skills in software development, AWS, backend, microservices, Python, ML, Golang, Java, MongoDB, ECS, test, QA, Redis, Kubernetes, Javascript, research scientist, DevOps, search, web, and infra. Currently serving as a Software Development Engineer II at Mindtickle, Sagar has also held positions as a Software Development Engineer at the same company and as a Google Summer of Code Student Developer at Google Summer of Code. During his time at Google, Sagar contributed to the cclib project of Open Chemistry, where he implemented file writers to transform data generated by ab-initio QM calculations to the Molden and WFX formats. This work bridges most major QM calculation packages with software programs used for visualizing and running calculations on electronic wave function related data. Sagar holds a Master of Science in Computational Science from IIIT Hyderabad, where he also earned his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. He attended The Banyan Tree School in New Delhi for his high school education. With a strong background in software engineering and computer science, Sagar is a valuable addition to any team. He is highly skilled in a variety of tech stacks, making him a versatile and adaptable developer.
