Sagar Srivastava is a seasoned HR professional with over 6 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Workforce Planning. Currently, he is serving as the Senior Manager - Talent Management at Indus Towers Limited. In this role, he is responsible for designing and executing talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the organization. Prior to his current role, Sagar worked as the Human Resources Manager - International Operations at OYO and as the Human Resources Business Partner at Ola. In these roles, he gained extensive experience in managing HR operations, driving employee engagement initiatives, and building a high-performance culture. Sagar holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Management Development Institute and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MNNIT. He also completed a program in International Business Management from Solvay Brussels School.
