Sagnik Saha is a highly experienced Program Management professional with a blended background in Software Engineering, Program Management, and Product Management. He has worked on large scale Enterprise Software Implementations for many Fortune 500 customers across the globe in their digital enterprise transformation journey. Sagnik has a keen interest in learning more about Product Management, Fintech, and Consumer Behaviour in his leisure time. Currently, Sagnik is working as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with A.P Moeller Maersk. He is driving complex engineering projects within the digital cloud platform team with the aim to disrupt digital supply chain processes. Sagnik takes pride in his ability to drive products/programs to clarity, especially in the face of ambiguity, which is what led him to become a TPM. In his current role, Sagnik is orchestrating digital warehouse implementations for Maersk Technology Center across European and APAC Regions. He is responsible for defining long-term program/project strategies, building plans for product milestones, demos, retros, and driving steering committee’s adhering to standardized Maersk PMO GLIDE Framework. Sagnik collaborates with Product Managers (PM’s), Engineering Managers (EM’s), and Customer Success Managers (CSM’s) to implement program plans, draft product release strategies, mitigate and analyze program risks, and effectively drive programs to success within defined scopes and timelines. Before joining Maersk, Sagnik worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Standard Chartered Bank in the Fin-Tech domain. He was a core member of the SAP S/4 HANA - ASPIRE Programme (Financial Transformation) Programme. Sagnik's responsibilities included representing the SAP Product Development Group on the Scrum team, synthesizing and developing MVP’s, PoC's, and transforming business requirements into usable components to meet business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, owning, translating, and prioritizing requirements into user stories, creating and maintaining the Product roadmap, Product backlog, Technical Debts Prioritization, and creating product release plans. Sagnik has also worked as a HXM Successfactors PreSales - Solution Experience Fellow for SAP. In this role, he supported and liaised with GTM, CoE, IVA, and Global PreSales in planning activities to build the customer vision, designed solution landscape with account colleagues and solution specialists that met digital transformation needs, delivered solution presentations and positioning, monitored execution, researched and stayed up to date on competitor solutions
