Sahdev Kansal is a Software Engineer at Newgen Software, currently working onsite in Saudi Arabia for Alrajhi Bank LOS Project. He is an NPTEL Gold medalist and topper of programming in Java course organized by IIT Kharagpur, where he scored 96%. Sahdev has passed various other NPTEL courses like DBMS, COA, etc. and has an elite certification in NPTEL Programming in C++. He is amongst the top scorers in his college with an overall CGPA of 9.0. Sahdev has also cleared the all India cutoff of the TCS Ion CCQT exam and was among the 6% of the total participants in the Hackwithinfy 2020 challenge organized by Infosys. He has blogs on machine learning for top medium publications like- Towards Data Science and Analytics Vidhya Publication. Sahdev has experience in android development and his Cocubes score is 576 (94% National Percentile). He has previously worked as a Deep Learning Intern at TCS where he developed a Deep Learning model to detect different types of emotion contained in a collection of English sentences or a large paragraph. He has also worked as a Technical Writer at Towards Data Science. Sahdev holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Northern India Engineering College, New Delhi, and has completed his schooling from D.A.V Centenary Public School, Delhi. He has relevant experience of 2.20 years and possesses a strong technical skill set including Software Engineering, ML, Deep Learning, Data Science, Java, AI, Android, and Python.
