Sahidul Shaikh is a highly skilled Data Scientist with over 9 years of experience in the software industry. He has a deep expertise in using technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to build process optimization, transformation and yield stellar results for the stakeholders. Currently, Sahidul is working as a Data Scientist at IBM, where he is responsible for executing data-driven solutions using his expertise in Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Predictive Modelling, Python, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Time Series Forecasting, SQL, Big Data & Hadoop. He also worked in RPA with Blue Prism for Health check automation for Capital markets area, resulting in tangible benefits, reducing manual efforts and costs. As an Atlassian consultant, Sahidul has done end-to-end setup of Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Service Desk, Confluence, Fisheye & Crucible. He brought best practices in Agile software development, by using the Atlassian tools stack, collaborating with business and quality analysis teams for Market Risk and Credit Risk areas. He optimized the production support process by training the team members and leveraging the tools such as JIRA Service Desk and Confluence, which resulted in an organized ticket tracking system, delivering solutions within SLA and avoiding customer escalations.
