Sahil Agarwal is an accomplished Engineering Lead at Arcesium with a strong background in Information Technology. He is a BTech graduate from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad and has actively participated in technical and cultural events both on and off campus. He is a quick learner and has a keen interest in Machine Learning, Game Theory and Game Development. Sahil is proficient in C++, C#, MATLAB, SQL and Unity Engine and can work seamlessly in these languages. Apart from his technical skills, Sahil is also a skilled debater and has actively participated in over 10 Model United Nations. His experience in debating has helped him to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sahil has worked with Arcesium for over 4.69 years and has held various positions in the company. He started as a Software Engineer and worked his way up to his current position as a Senior Software Engineer. During his tenure, he has worked on various projects and has gained expertise in software engineering and SQL. In addition to his current role, Sahil has also worked as an Intern with Compliance Tech at Arcesium. During his internship, he created a centralized Escalation Framework which can be used whenever an aspect of escalation is required in a given software. Sahil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from iiit and an All India Senior School Certificate Examination from Delhi Public School, Jodhpur with a major in PCM with CS.
