Sahil Ahuja is a technology enthusiast and an expert in building scalable systems end-to-end. He is the Founder and CTO of GMetri, an easy-to-use no-code XR platform for businesses to create, share, and track training modules, online stores, immersive tours, and more. Sahil's focus is on building and deploying a comprehensive, enterprise-grade platform that enables the next wave of applications of immersive technologies. His intent is to create systems, not just experiences. With over 9 years of experience ranging from trading at BAML's Treasury to software development in fin-tech@Goldman Sachs and heading technology@SportsCafe, Sahil has built products and companies from the ground up. At SportsCafe, his primary focus area was fabricating scalable DevOps solutions for high traffic, apart from overall architecture. He has also worked as a Trader (Associate) at Bank of America, where he created liquidity for clients and drove revenues with the best possible execution in the interbank market. Sahil's interest areas include implementing best practices, simplifying cloud-agnostic DevOps through Kubernetes, Ansible automation, Web Technologies, and Mixed Reality. He is also a free software advocate, photographer, and loves playing chess. He is currently learning how to play Violin and Piano with Sheet Music, trying to improve his Relative Pitch, and going through online courses. Sahil holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech degree from NIT Tiruchirappalli. He has also completed an internship in PC Based Oscilloscope from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Sahil is a Senior Software Engineer with over 11.35 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Web, NodeJS, ReactJS, Web3, Ansible, and Software Engineering.
