Sahil Jajodia is a skilled Software Development Engineer with a focus on DevOps, Back-end Development, and Web Development. Currently working as an SDE-2 at Amazon, he has a strong engineering background with a B.E. in Computer Engineering from SVKM's Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering. With 3.78 years of relevant experience, Sahil has worked on various projects and technologies. He is proficient in Python, Django, Java, and Spring, and has worked extensively with Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, JMeter, Blazemeter, Oracle, and Wiremock framework. He has also implemented the Blue Green (zero downtime) deployment strategy and integrated it with the CI/CD pipeline to ensure almost zero downtime with the option to rollback deployment in case of an issue/error. Sahil has previously worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon and as a Software Engineer at JP Morgan. During his tenure at JP Morgan, he was end-to-end owning a particular part of the project, right from requirements gathering to development/deployment and documentation. He worked on developing mock request/response of third party APIs using Wiremock framework in Java and also worked on the performance testing strategy, developing JMeter scripts to simulate parallel load of users to test the Response Time & Hits/sec for the APIs.
