Sahil brings a customer-centric mindfulness approach that enables startups to innovate and thrive. Currently, Sahil is the Co-Founder of GoldenCircle Network, India's largest community for mid to senior-level professionals to collaborate and exchange knowledge that adds real-life value. The platform is currently used by CXOs, VPs, and senior leaders from Dell, Google, Unilever, Toyota, Audi, Cognizant, Reliance, Vodafone, and many Fortune 500 companies. Before founding GoldenCircle Network, Sahil worked as the Head of Marketing at VOGO Automotive Pvt. Ltd., where he was an early member of the team and developed online and offline marketing strategies from scratch. He increased the number of orders from a few hundred to 30X within a span of 10 months and maintained a 55% repeat rate through planned retention campaigns. Sahil also worked as the Head of Digital Marketing at Rapido, where he grew web traffic by 61% in two months with planned growth hacking SEO and SEM. He reduced the customer acquisition cost to a low two-digit number and brought Google Search Ranking to the #1 position. Sahil grew the Rapido Mobile App as the #1 Bike Taxi App in India (Google Play) and hired, led, and trained the Digital Marketing team at Rapido. Sahil holds a degree in Neuroscience from Copenhagen Business School. He has a diverse tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, Research Scientist, Search, Mobile, and Web.
