Sai Ramya Bhanu CSM® is an energetic and process-focused Certified Scrum Master with over 8 years of rich experience in Scrum, Agile, Project Management, and testing. She is currently working as a Lead - Release Management at Zenoti, where she is responsible for guiding teams towards improving the way they work. Sai is technically good at application testing (HTML UI & API) with the ability to manage and deliver work on time. As a Scrum Master with a technical background, Sai is highly skilled in organizing and facilitating Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Releases, Sprint Planning, Spring Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Release testing. She is passionate about project management, people management, and leadership.
