Sai Sampath Bethu is a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer with a passion for Artificial Intelligence. He has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, during which he had the opportunity to work on projects at esteemed organizations like Intel Corporation. Sai has a particular interest in the field of AI and has previously worked in Supply Chain Analytics, Manufacturing Automation, and Optimization. He is currently a part of the IoT and AI team at Intel R&D. Sai is a problem solver who enjoys unraveling the mysteries behind computer programs. He is passionate about using technology to solve problems on a large scale that would be useful to his company, nation, and society. Sai is currently working as an AI/ML Engineer at Intel, building AI applications, toolkits (Intel OpenVino), SDKs, and frameworks using deep learning, computer vision, and edge computing for different high-performance Intel hardware like CPUs, GPUs, and VPUs. His responsibilities include improving, validating, and retraining the NLP (Natural Language Processing) system. Sai has also worked as a Software Engineer at Intel, where he was part of the TD ATA (Technology Development - Advanced Technology Analytics) team. He collaborated with manufacturing engineers to identify process improvement opportunities and drove the development of 'Factory Scheduling & Decision Support' software solutions to improve the manufacturing process. He was responsible for designing and developing integrated supply-chain models for planning & manufacturing. Sai also designed and released the TRDI v9.27, a winform application deployed in ATPF Intel factory, used for mounting reels in an optimized way on a tool that assembles the die onto the substrate. Sai has also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, where he was responsible for creating and grading students' assignments and exams and helping them practice the material covered in class through weekly office hours, doubt clearing sessions, and exam review sessions.
