Sai Krishna is a PEGA Certified System Architect with over 8 years of experience in software development and engineering. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Novalink Solutions India Pvt Ltd, where he is involved in the design and development of workflows, user interfaces, and various PRPC components. He is skilled in generating reports from the database through report definition and analyzing and fixing defects using debugging tools such as clipboard and Tracer. He has effectively worked on developing and debugging activities. Sai has previously worked as a BDM and Sr. US IT Recruiter at Infoshare Systems and Pyramid Technology Solutions Inc. respectively. He has been recognized as one of the top performers in both companies. He has developed sourcing and recruiting strategies to target niche skillsets and passive candidate search. He has acted as a liaison between candidates, clients, and management, and has possessed strong marketing abilities, customer service, and negotiation skills.
