With an impressive 2.28 years of relevant experience, Saicharan is currently working as a Software Trainee Engineer at Rapid Value Solutions where he is responsible for developing and implementing software solutions for clients. Saicharan is a natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for taking on new challenges. He has a strong work ethic and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest possible standard. Saicharan is also a quick learner who is always eager to expand his skill set and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry. Prior to joining Rapid Value Solutions, Saicharan gained valuable experience as a Community Volunteer at the National Service Scheme and as a Social Service Worker at the Indian Red Cross Society.
