Currently working at Syndicate Motors, Saikat provides assistance to the Senior Design Engineer in various aspects of the design process, including part modeling, drafting, chassis design, material selection, product assembly, digital mockup, costing estimation, and vendor development activities. He also leads the fabrication team and ensures timely project completion. Saikat has significant experience working with electric 2 and 3 wheeler vehicles, and his expertise in this area is highly valued by his colleagues. Prior to his current role, Saikat worked as a Design Engineer Intern at Syndicate Motors, where he assisted the Senior Design Engineer in 3D modeling, drafting, costing, sheet metal design, and vendor development. He also supported basic level DFM and DFA activities and created BOMs. Saikat's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from VTU Extension Centre, Reva Institute of Technology & Management, Bangalore, which he completed in 2018.
