Saish Menon is a highly skilled Product Designer and a systems thinker with a passion for learning through empathy and intuitiveness. With over four years of relevant experience, he is currently working as a UX Architect I at American Specialty Health, where he is helping to build a Design System for brand consistency and efficiency in design and code for ASH's suite of digital products. Saish collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team of stakeholders and product leaders to strategize, build and execute enhanced user experience on responsive web and mobile. Saish's past experience includes working as a Graduate Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology, where he redesigned and developed a new UI for open-source projects such as Ratchet, whose goal is to construct attack trees. He also developed and delivered graduate coursework for students using user-centered design methods and applied principles of learning. In addition, Saish has worked as a Web Developer in the past. Saish holds a Master of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Rochester Institute of Technology, which he completed in 2018. He has a diverse tech stack that includes expertise in Senior Software Engineering, Product Design, UI design, Mobile, and Web. Saish is passionate about using his skills to help teams build seamless healthcare and fitness experiences using systems. He is a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is always looking for ways to improve his skills. With his strong design skills and experience in building user-centered digital products, Saish is a valuable asset to any team.
