Sajal Garg is a highly motivated and result-driven professional with a passion for creating innovative solutions for the rural market in India. He is currently pursuing his PGDM in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and is set to graduate in 2021. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University, Sajal has a strong foundation in engineering principles and has worked as a Design Engineer in the past. During his tenure as a Design Engineer, Sajal worked on the design and development of new products for the rural market in India. He also had the opportunity to conduct field visits in the rural parts of the country, interacting with customers and deriving meaningful insights. This experience gave him a unique perspective on the needs and challenges faced by rural communities in India. Sajal is currently working as a Program Activation Manager at udaan.com, where he is responsible for driving the growth of the company's business in various regions. He previously worked as a Management Trainee at udaan.com and as a Summer Marketing Intern at The Himalaya Drug Company, where he worked on a project focused on pre and post-pregnancy care for mothers and babies in the Bangladesh market. Sajal's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi Technological University and a PGDM in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has also completed his high school education from Manava Bharati India International School. With relevant experience of 3.60 years, Sajal is always on the lookout for new and challenging opportunities that allow him to apply his skills and knowledge to create meaningful impact.
