Sajit Chacko is a customer advocacy-driven business owner and operations strategist with over 24 years of experience in the hospitality and technology services industry. He is currently the Founder of Tripeur, an Enterprise Travel Management Solution, where he is actively hiring new talents. Prior to Tripeur, Sajit conceptualized and owned three award-winning F&B outlets - Umerkot, Tattv, and Cloud Bar - in Bangalore. He achieved the honor of having three city-level awards for the best restaurant in town and established a 14-room boutique hotel. Under his leadership, the restaurants became one of the most talked-about places to dine, serving authentic North Indian fare. Sajit achieved breakeven within two years of establishing the company, thus helping expansion through internal accruals. He also achieved operational breakeven in the first five months of operation and increased revenues of the company from 1.5 crores to over 5 crores within five years of operation. His efforts were recognized by Swedish and German Consuls for delivering the most commendable North Indian fare. Sajit also worked as a PM at 247 Customer, where he managed and executed the delivery for a new vertical of business for the company in a record period of 6 months. The project was recorded as the highest profit-yielding outsourced business till date by the unit. Sajit holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Chennai, and completed his +2 from De Nobili School. He is proficient in product management and has relevant experience of 24.53 years.
