Saket Saurabh is a highly experienced Senior Software Development Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Currently, he is working at AWS Lex, a subsidiary of Amazon, as a Senior Software Development Engineer. Saket has a strong background in software engineering, with a particular focus on AWS, Spark, and infrastructure. He is an expert in optimizing communication between app and server for chatty social applications. He has a proven track record of leading multiple infrastructure initiatives during the development and launch of Amazon Spark. Saket has worked extensively at Amazon, where he was part of the team that built Amazon Spark from the ground up. He was involved in the early conception of the idea through prototyping, development, and public launch of the product. As part of a small team of 5 engineers, he prototyped the early versions of experiences, and later laid the technical foundation of the final product. He eventually led a team of 35+ developers.
