Saksham Goel is a dynamic and driven business student pursuing his Masters in Management from ESCP Europe. He is an architecture graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, with a strong background in software engineering. With two years of experience with Pine Labs PVT LTD as a Software Engineer, Saksham has developed a keen interest in product management and has a good understanding of programming, user-centric design, and analytics. Saksham has a passion for creating great products and is a product enthusiast with good analytical and problem-solving skills. He is currently seeking summer internship opportunities in product management where he can use his experience and skills to learn more about creating successful products. In his previous role at Pine Labs, Saksham designed and delivered Auto Processing and payout tools for Rewards and EMI transaction settlement for reconciliation and merchant payout of transactions using Spring batch. He optimized the core batch processing module and reduced processing time and also collaborated with the design and QA team on full-stack development of “EMI Catalog” using Angular 6 and Springboot. As a Product Management Consultant at Superbio, Saksham conducted market research to understand the needs and priorities of the target group. He ideated and defined the MVP for the problem and laid out an Agile Software Development plan. He also created User Stories to facilitate all the stakeholders, worked as the scrum master for the development team to track the SLDC, and assisted the CEO to come up with estimates and projections to prepare the pitch deck for investors. Saksham has a diverse educational background that includes a PGDM-IB from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a MiM from ESCP Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. His technical skills include Research Scientist, product manager, Software Engineer, QA, Spring Boot, Spring, MongoDB, Azure, and AngularJS. With 1.45 years of relevant experience, Saksham is a highly motivated and talented individual who is ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of any organization.
