Saloni Sandeep Juwatkar is an MS ITM student at the University of Texas at Dallas with a keen interest in business analytics, data analysis, and product management. With 2.35 years of experience as an ex SDE at Accelya, she has gained expertise in Oracle SQL, Python, Tableau, and Pro*C. Saloni completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Learning in collaboration with the University of Texas at Austin and the Great Lakes Institute of Management India. This program covered advanced statistical decision-making methods, data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, time-series forecasting, data visualization, and marketing and retail analysis. Saloni is a proactive and self-driven individual, a quick learner, a good communicator, and a great problem solver. Her ability to remain calm during adversity and demonstrate a can-do attitude is consistent. She is passionate about developing models to perform probabilistic risk assessments and believes that her technical and functional knowledge can benefit any sector that suffers a catastrophic impact on its business. Saloni has collaborated with project managers, Scrum Masters, team members, and other stakeholders to deliver 90% of revenue accounting products to airlines. She has integrated functionalities such as PL/SQL, Pro*C, and shell scripting to deliver a fully functioning product. Saloni has also optimized the codebase to reduce the time and space complexity of the existing revenue accounting product by 80%. Saloni's skill set includes analysis tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Jupyter Notebook, programming languages such as Python, Pro*C, Java, C, HTML-5, CSS, JavaScript, and Unix, operating systems such as Windows and Linux, software libraries such as OpenCV, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Matplotlib, and NumPy, databases such as Oracle PL/SQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, and MySQL, project management practices such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and version control tools such as GitHub and SVN.
