Samarth Singal is a highly experienced software engineer with a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Currently, he is working as a Marketing Intern at PepsiCo, where he is applying his technical expertise to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Prior to this, he worked as a Summer Intern at Microsoft, where he evaluated business models for mobile applications and created a primer for Windows Phone developers on embedding ads to maximize revenue. He also conducted a SWOT analysis of the game development industry in India and recommended industry, government, and education initiatives to develop the ecosystem. Before joining Microsoft, Samarth worked as a Research Intern at Aspiring Minds, where he developed the curriculum and content for a course on basic ML/data science techniques from scratch. He also built a white-labelled online course system on top of an open-source RoR implementation and deployed it on AWS EC2. In addition, he presented on data-oriented thinking and basic analysis for a workshop for K-12 students and worked with the team to prep the night before. Samarth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Harvard University, where he gained a deep understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, and backend development. He also earned a High School Diploma in Science from Amity International School, New Delhi. With over six years of relevant experience, Samarth is a highly skilled software engineer who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow. He is proficient in a wide range of tech stacks and is passionate about using technology to create real-world solutions that make a difference.
