Sambhav Sharma is an experienced Technical Lead (SDET) with over 9 years of relevant experience in the field of software development and testing. He has worked with some of the most renowned companies in the industry such as Joveo, Cloudera, Snapdeal, and Oracle. Sambhav holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Technology from Punjab Technical University. As a Technical Lead (SDET) at Joveo, Sambhav is responsible for onboarding and training new SDE1s, building and managing the SDET team, and developing frameworks for regression, E2E, and new feature releases. He has also worked on building performance as a service on Spring Boot Jmeter API's, Grafana, ConfluentDb, and Mongo. Sambhav has expertise in building API backed frameworks on Apache HttpClient and TestNg, and UI frameworks on Selenium and TestNG. He has also dockerized all the test suites to keep them independent of environment prospects. Prior to Joveo, Sambhav worked as a Senior SDET at Cloudera, where he was responsible for developing automation frameworks, infrastructure, and tooling for the validation of cloud services across different cloud service providers like AWS and Azure. He also developed UI automation frameworks from scratch and worked on E2E test cases on cloud-based Hadoop stacks. Sambhav also developed a mobile automation framework using Appium for a few HDP stack apps. Sambhav has also worked as a Senior Automation Engineer at Vera Security where he worked on full API automation of two microservices and automated the APIs using a self-created mock API service. He also created data utils that resolved the data shortage for UATs and other teams.
