After investing nearly 5 years of dedicated effort into the dynamic realm of kirana tech, particularly with the groundbreaking journey of 1K from its seed funding stage to Series A and B rounds, I've decided to embark on a well-deserved career break. During my tenure, I played a pivotal role in accelerating the company's growth trajectory, from development projects to leading a team of approximately 20 individuals. Now, as I take this pause to prioritize self-care and personal growth, I am excited to explore fresh avenues and innovative opportunities that lie ahead.

Driving efficiency and innovation in warehouse management and B2B ecosystems.
Led the charge in developing a sophisticated Warehouse Management System (WMS) and B2B ecosystem, significantly boosting operational efficiency.
Streamlined key WMS processes such as ordering, picking, and inventory management, resulting in notable productivity gains for warehouse staff.
Implemented Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) into partner ledger and pay-on-delivery systems, transforming our credit disbursement process.

Driving backend innovation and team leadership.
Transitioned from Android to Backend, leading key areas including POS, Consumer-focused 1K App, internal apps/admin panel, and spearheading hiring efforts.
Overseeing major services such as Payments microservice, Rule Engine, and Inventory Management, ensuring seamless functionality and optimization.
Directing a team of over 20 individuals to maintain and develop features for POS and 1K App, fostering collaboration and transparency through Agile methodologies.
Implemented optimization strategies for major APIs, significantly enhancing performance with a 2x faster response time and over 3x higher database query throughput post-optimization.
Currently focused on enhancing search functionality by introducing Elasticsearch, with a commitment to ongoing improvement and innovation.

Building the future of Bharat Commerce and taking consumer shopping engagement to the next level. If you are reading this, I've worked on many things, be it shipping a whole app from scratch to production, optimising app performance to the level where our users are using phones with low resources and network connectivity, server-driven UI, maintaining crash-free rate >99% etc. Experience with managing a team of many talented people, learning/unlearning modern android development, hiring valuable candidates with similar mindset/goals, gathering and handling business requirements from Product, and communicating with various teams across the organisation. Led the team to introduce the TDD environment in the development lifecycle, streamlining the team to build the large-scale application which will be serving consumers across all corners, filling the gaps where we're lacking in terms of providing a smooth app experience, and aesthetic look and feel, understanding user behaviour etc.

Then acting as a CTO
-Responsibility to create two native android applications.
-Building RESTful APIs with Node.js, Express.Js and various modules.
-Implementing volley/retrofit RESTful services for request-response which optimizes processing and seamless UI rendering through asynchronous tasks. 
-Using various libraries such as Android paging, and Glide to optimize performance and network usage through caching.
-Integrated firebase to improve app quality by getting real-time crash reports, analytics, authentication and potential to make it scalable later on.
-Working with external partners to build Jan Elaaj webapp.
-Working along with ISB to build a deep learning model with computer vision techniques for one of our features (Second Opinion) using Tensorflow/Keras with an aim to achieve an accuracy of 95%, which will be integrated with Jan Elaaj native applications.
-Managing and developing software architecture to make the system robust, optimised and scalable.
-Hired and managed Interns who are currently working at awesome start-ups.
