Sameep Agarwal is an Associate Consultant (IT Security) with over 12 years of experience in the field. He is a certified CISA, ISO 27001:2013 LA, CEH v10, CHFI, and ITIL v3 professional. Currently, he is working as an SME IT Security at UP 112 Emergency Response Project in Mahindra & Mahindra. In his previous role as a Security Consultant (Technology) at Pyramid Cyber Security and Forensic Private Limited (PCSF), Sameep was responsible for setting up SOC for clients and partners in India and elsewhere. He documented policies and procedures for SOC setup and operations, identified, installed, and configured software/hardware for SOC and information security/forensic/incident handling and management. He also conducted online and in-house research in information security and provided pre-sales and technical support to team members. Sameep has delivered technical services which include VA, PT, DLP, SIEM Configuration Audit, Forensic Investigations, and any other technical activities related to the information security line of business. Before that, Sameep worked as an IT Project Manager at Eastern Book Company, where he developed project plans, goals, and budgets, identified resources needed, and assembled and coordinated project team members. He also prepared requests for proposals and conducted all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products. Sameep managed teams and effectively coordinated collaborative efforts, implemented PM methodology, and ensured quality control for projects undertaken. Sameep holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Gautam Buddh Technical University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language & Sociology from Kanpur University, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from IGNOU. He also holds A'Level and O'Level certifications in Information Technology from DOEACC and an Intermediate degree in Computer Science, English, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from St. John Bosco College. With his extensive experience in IT security and project management, Sameep is a valuable asset to any organization.
