Sameer Bhatt is a Senior Software Engineer at VISA, currently working as a Senior Support Engineer with VISA Singapore since September 2021. He is responsible for NOI operations and implementation. Before joining VISA, Sameer worked as a Monitoring and Event Management Consultant with Kyndryl(IBM) Singapore since January 2019, where he was responsible for implementation and support of the overall Netcool Omnibus product Suite, SolarWinds, ITM, and APM tool. Sameer has over 11 years of IT experience and has worked on multiple monitoring and event management projects in different domains such as Finance, Digital Platforms, HealthCare, IT Operation, and Telecommunications. He has experience in using various technologies such as CORE JAVA, Shell Scripting, SOLARIS, LINUX, PL/SQL, Perl-CGI Scripting, and tools such as TIVOLI NETCOOL FMS SUITE (Omnibus, Impact, WebGUI, DASH), ITNM, ITM, APM, Science Logic, and Solarwinds.
