Sameer Kashyap is a skilled Software Development Engineer with over 2 years of relevant experience in developing cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and web apps using React.js and Next.js. He is also proficient in writing server-side JavaScript/TypeScript to build REST API endpoints as well as GraphQL APIs. Sameer has a keen interest in exploring optimal solutions for building real-world scalable full-stack applications, with a focus on state management, architecture, and design patterns. Sameer has worked as a Full Stack Intern with two organizations, where he helped them build their products. He has also been a Fellow during the spring batch of MLH Fellowship powered by Github, where he learned a lot of new technologies, concepts, and techniques such as pair programming. Sameer has also attended GraphQL Asia 20 and Kubecon + CloudnativeCon 20,21. Sameer is passionate about collaborating and contributing to open source, which has helped him a lot as a software developer. He is currently working as a Software Development Engineer - I at Acko, where he is changing the landscape of insurance using innovative technology and building better user experiences. Sameer has previously worked as a Software Engineer at FrontRow, an Ed-Tech platform that enables everyone to pursue their passions. He has also been a Celo India Fellow at Celo, a mobile-first Defi platform with an aim to make money accessible to everyone in the world. As a part of the Fellowship, Sameer proposed and developed the port of the Celo SDK from Javascript to Dart so Flutter developers could build Dapps on top of the Celo network. Sameer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from K.S. School of Engineering and Management, Bangalore. He also has a degree in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Computer Science from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, Karnataka, and completed his primary and secondary education from A.P.S Public School (affiliated to CISCE), Bangalore. Sameer is proficient in a wide range of technologies, including Polygon, Blockchain, Flutter, Javascript, Web3, Mobile, DeFi, Dapp, Typescript, Web, Spring, Solidity, Ethereum, Solana, Docker, MongoDB, and DevOps. He is enthusiastic about exploring and building the WEB3 ecosystem along with Flutter and trying to learn about different blockchains and the impact they will have.
