Sameer Kathal is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 2 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as an SDE at Synaptic, where he is responsible for developing ETL tasks to ingest TB's of Github data, API's to compute various metrics from data, and developing db powered filters which can be saved and applied to filter out entities using query-based database search. Sameer has previously worked as an SDE Intern at both Synaptic and Amazon, where he gained valuable experience in full-stack development and worked on projects such as "Voice of Customer," which provided widgets as a service to product managers. Sameer holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), where he honed his skills in software engineering, search, ETL, Java, and Spring Boot. Prior to this, he completed his 12th grade education at Royal Senior Secondary School in Jabalpur, where he studied Maths-Science, and his 10th grade education at Christ Church Boy's School in Jabalpur, where he studied Science.
