Zohara Khan is a Senior Manager of Engineering with over 22 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. She is passionate about coding and has a creative approach to her work. Zohara has extensive experience in leading backend and mobile software development and QA teams, and has been accountable for deliverables, team, processes, hiring, partnerships, and individual contributions at writing code. Zohara is a certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and a code golfer on the CodeSignal platform. She holds two patents granted by the US Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). During her last role, she headed the engineering efforts of the India team for Nirmata, where she was involved in the development of the Nirmata platform, an Enterprise-wide SaaS-based Kubernetes management solution involving cloud-native apps/microservices using Kafka, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps apart from writing code in Java. Currently, Zohara works as a Technical Manager of Wireless Applications at Mindtree. In the past, she has worked with Persistent Systems as a Project Engineer and with Sharp Software Development India as a Member of Technical Staff. Zohara completed her Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Government of Goa College of Engineering, Goa, Farmagudi, Ponda, and Goa University. She has a strong technical background and has experience working with a variety of technologies, including Kubernetes, Java, Docker, MongoDB, Kafka, and DevOps, among others. Zohara's experience and expertise make her a valuable asset to any team she works with.
