Sameer Khurd is a highly motivated and passionate computer science engineer with a strong desire to learn and grow. Currently pursuing an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, Sameer is also working as a Teaching Assistant under Prof. B. Thangaraju for the Software Production Engineering (DevOps) course. Sameer has gained valuable experience through his internships at Siemens and Veritas. During his time at Siemens, Sameer worked on RESTful APIs using Flask framework (Python) and frontend using Angular Framework, as well as micro-service architecture. He also performed end-to-end user acceptance testing and utilized Cookie-cutter template, OpenAPI specification, Pytest, and Docker. At Veritas, Sameer worked as a Software Development Engineer - Intern, where he was responsible for inode flag and extended attribute support while backing up and restoring files. He implemented masking logic for cross-file system restore using C, C++, and Python. In addition to his work experience, Sameer has a strong educational background. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering (Autonomous Institute), Sangli, and is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore. Sameer's technical skills include research scientist, DevOps, test, Python, Docker, microservices, Flask, frontend, software engineer, and AngularJS. He has 3.19 years of relevant experience and is always eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the betterment of society.
