He is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Nvidia, where he is responsible for building infrastructure for the Nvidia GPU Cloud platform. Sameer has a proven track record of helping enterprise software companies solve their architecture, scale, performance, reliability, and quality issues by defining strategy, process improvements, agile software development, building effective teams, and streamlining engineering initiatives and priorities with business goals promptly and efficiently. Sameer has generated more than $150M in revenue from Fortune 100 companies with the first product release and $20M+ revenue in the first year with the Enterprise SaaS product incubated in 6 months with Agile Releases every 4 weeks. He has grown teams by 2X-4X in Dell EMC and built the entire 35+ engineering team at startups. Sameer has led 3 high-impact transformations and 1 product pivot, successfully leading multiple transformation programs across matrix organizations, improving performance by 8x, ideation to revenue-making in 6 months. Sameer is passionate about agile processes and tools to enable short iterative high-Quality releases with an Automation FIRST mindset. Sameer has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Pune University of Engineering, India.
