Sameer Mohta is a seasoned Chief Operating Officer with over two decades of experience in the software and consulting industry. He currently holds the position of COO at Pratham Software Inc. (PSI), a multinational software services provider specializing in product engineering. Sameer has traveled and worked across various countries, including the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and India. Sameer is passionate about bringing people and technology together to generate and deliver value to businesses. He believes in creating a culture of excellence and empowering teams to make decisions while giving them space to experiment. Sameer's primary focus is to create the best teams and technology leadership to deliver value to business and clients to be future-ready. Before joining PSI, Sameer played several roles in strategy consulting, technology architecture, engagement management, and scaling up practices at IBM Global Business Services. He managed large and complex digital transformation engagements with multi-million dollar TCV in telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare domains, including application, infrastructure, and process groups. Sameer is recognized as an innovation leader in digital, robotic process automation, and cloud solutions. Sameer has also worked with Satyam Computer, Ranbaxy Research, and Mahindra Consulting. At Ranbaxy Research, he led transformation engagements for device integration and data management of pharma equipment involved in the drug discovery and manufacturing process. Sameer holds a BE degree in Electrical Engineering from MBM Engineering College Jodhpur, Rajasthan, and a Post Graduation in Advanced Computing from C-DAC. He also has degrees in Bioinformatics from the University of Pune and Project Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.
