Sameer is proficient in integrating APIs in the bot along with DB integration. He has also gained expertise in campaign notifications sent through bots via different platforms like WhatsApp, Gmail, Microsoft Team, SMS. Lastly, he has learned about voice chatbots that are operated via call. Sameer's education background includes a Master of Computer Applications degree from NIT Warangal, which he completed in December 2020.
