He is the Founder and CEO of SquareCircle Global, a company that works with growth-stage tech companies facing the challenges of market entry, advisory, investment, and scale. Sameer's expertise lies in providing a professional level of customer acquisition, new market identification and entry, technology validation, and enabling cross-continent business opportunities. His current vertical focus is on technology companies looking to expand across the MEA & APAC region. With SquareCircle Global's global HQ in Dubai, Sameer establishes a vital link between the West and East. Sameer has an extensive portfolio of services for governments and global corporations, including digital transformation, innovation challenge and awards design and execution, crowdsourced app development, blockchain innovations advisory consulting, corporate ventures tech innovation labs design, operations, management, and operational efficiency, performance management, quality & six sigma consultancy using data science and analytics. For growth-stage businesses, Sameer works on a fixed consultancy fee + equity-JV model, providing pre-launch services such as market insight, market entry strategy, and distribution framework recommendations, and post-launch services such as business development, sales & marketing plan design & implementation, and distribution framework execution. In addition to his role at SquareCircle Global, Sameer is also an Advisor at Loyal VC, where he advises current portfolio companies on new growth & revenue opportunities and recommends FI Startup Founders to the Loyal Index Fund. Sameer is also the Regional Director GCC at Founder Institute, where he helps expand FI's footprints in the GCC by collaborating with ecosystem leaders, government & technology partners within the region to launch successful startup acceleration programs while supporting them with their mandates and vision. Sameer's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with dual specialization in Marketing and Finance, a CA (Intermediate) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a diploma in Computer Software Engineering from NIIT University. Sameer has also completed a Leading Institute in Entrepreneurship from Founder Institute, a Venture Deals Fall 2019 [Venture Capital] from Kauffman Fellows and Techstars, and a Certified Innovation Assessor - UAE Innovation Award from Dubai Quality Group.
