Sameer Tale is a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Technology at Nav Fund Administration Group. In his current role, Sameer has contributed to the migration of screens from Windows forms-based desktop applications and Excel-based calculations to React-based web applications. He has also made significant contributions to UX enhancements by implementing consistent color themes, multiple reload fixes, new AGGrid Cell Components, and HyperFormula integration. Additionally, Sameer has conducted research on Static Code Analysis tool SonarQube and integrated test cases and code analysis in the CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps, enabling auto-scan. He has also identified security loopholes and fixed them to reduce system vulnerability. Previously, Sameer worked as a Senior Programmer at Quantum Phinance, a product-based consultancy firm with successful products, especially for the finance sector. He worked on the software development and client-side business for one of its major products, Sheetkraft. Sameer was responsible for taking design decisions of new features to be integrated into Sheetkraft and looking over the modifications in the existing codebase. He also resolved urgent issues on the client-side and provided advice on Access Management, Databases, Networking, IIS management, and more to improve client-side automation. Sameer supervised the overall client-side developments of FIMMDA and NPCI. Sameer is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. He also attended Jawahar Navoday Vidyalay Chandrapur for his high school education. Sameer has a strong technical background with expertise in Web, CI/CD, test, DevOps, Azure, Integration, Software Engineering, Research Science, MSSQL, and Postgres.
