Sameera Ramachar is a seasoned software engineering management professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in software product engineering. With the last 10 years spent in management and leadership roles, Sameera has built large engineering teams and successfully hired and onboarded technical talents, up to Principal Engineer/Staff Engineer/Architect, and Manager/Senior Manager. Sameera has experience across US-based MNCs and Indian startups, spanning various domains such as Fin-tech, Mobile Apps, Cloud Telephony, and Data Storage. She has led cross-functional, geographically dispersed, and diverse teams of varying sizes, developing/testing complex enterprise-level software products. Sameera has a proven ability in hiring and onboarding engineers and motivating teams to perform under challenging circumstances. She has worked closely with college hires and is experienced in managing late millennials and young achievers.
