Sameh Afifi is an Associate Lead Embedded Software Engineer at Siemens with over 7 years of experience in the field. He graduated from Cairo University's Faculty of Engineering with a degree in Communication and Electronics in 2014, where he excelled in his graduation project, which was based on an embedded system called "Quad-Copter." Sameh is passionate about embedded systems and is constantly seeking to expand his knowledge and skills in this area. He has worked for several companies in the past, including Amit Learning, where he served as an Embedded Software Instructor. During his time there, he taught computer architecture, Arm processor interface and architecture, AVR processor interface and architecture, embedded C, and more. He also has advanced knowledge of ADC, GPIO, Timer, Interrupts, SPI, UART, I2C, PWM, watchdog timer, and DMA. In addition to his work at Amit Learning, Sameh also worked as a Senior Embedded Software Developer at Mentor Graphics, where he developed, integrated, and ported AUTOSAR OS. Currently, as an Associate Lead Embedded Software Engineer at Siemens, Sameh develops, tests, and maintains mentor AUTOSAR OSEK OS.
