Sami Yazdani is a highly experienced and passionate Senior Fashion Professional with almost 20 years of experience in the industry. With strong fashion management and mentoring skills, Sami is a driven, creative, and visionary team leader who has positively impacted organizations' bottom lines through skilled developments and product direction. Sami has a diverse range of expertise across all product areas of design, including made-to-order high fashion, high-street fashion, denim garments, technical performance woven's, cut & sew, knitwear, outerwear, and active-wear. As a sustainability ambassador, Sami is committed to creating a more sustainable fashion industry and has a keen sense of curiosity and adaptability that enables her to stay ahead of the curve. Currently, Sami works as the Global Fashion Awards Project Coordination Manager for iaf: international apparel federation in Pakistan. In this role, she is responsible for managing the coordination of the global fashion awards project, which recognizes the best fashion professionals from around the world. Prior to her current role, Sami founded and served as CEO of Pixels Prop Inc., where she developed and launched fashion products for clients. She also worked as Incharge Product Design & Development at Ubaid Apparels Inc. Sami holds a BFd (Hons) from Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design and Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. She also has a background in intermediate and matriculation from F. G. Degree College, Lahore Cantt. and Iqra Army Public School, Quetta Cantt, respectively. With 20.53 years of relevant experience, Sami is a highly skilled and adaptable professional who is always looking for new ways to innovate and improve the fashion industry.
