Samiksha Jagadale is a highly motivated and skilled Master's candidate at Columbia University with a strong background in software development, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. She is currently working as a Software Developer Intern at finlegal solutions, where she has developed an IOS multi-game application using GetX provider in Flutter, along with a decision-making application named Ringisho that is launched on Play Store and App Store. She has also built a mobile application scaffold with features like authentication, logging, analytics, internationalization, and FHIR survey integration required for Digital Health, Wellness, Digital therapeutic, and Medical Device companies. In addition, she has developed a Flutter plugin for providing customized international phone numbers in the application. Prior to her current role, Samiksha worked as a Research Intern at l3cube, where she worked on a final year research project aimed at creating a model-agnostic data selection method for pre-training and fine-tuning models for downstream tasks in NLP. She also authored a paper titled “On Sensitivity of Deep Learning Based Classification Algorithms to Practical Input Perturbations” for presentation at the Computing conference 2022 UK, in July 2022. Samiksha has also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Manastik, where she researched and identified technologies best suited for the company's software requirements while focusing on factors of scalability, affordability, transferability, and local availability of operating systems. She contributed to the Human Pose detection project, using Deep Leaning pose estimation library based on OpenPose and MediaPipe for tracking real-time angle detection above the threshold. She also designed the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and integrated AWS DynamoDB with the help of Amplify and other Amazon Services. Samiksha spearheaded a cross-platform mobile application development team to design Manastik’s mobile application using Flutter and Dart for the survey of dementia patients. She presented the mobile application at the Asia level Neuro Rehabilitation conference on 7th August 2021. Samiksha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and an Honors degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Pune Institute of Computer Technology. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technology Management from Columbia University.
