Samikshan Bairagya is a Co-Founder at blucap.health who is passionate about harnessing the true potential of the healthcare ecosystem. With 8.78 years of relevant experience, he is an expert in Backend, Blockchain, Ethereum, Decentralised, Research Scientist, Software Engineer, Web3, Integration, and Web technologies. Previously, Samikshan worked as a Lead Backend Engineer at BlockVigil, where he created and maintained a strong backend stack capable of handling challenges around decentralised application development across different Blockchain platforms. He also worked at Atlassian as a Software Development Engineer II, where he researched and developed the core hybrid consensus protocol based on fPoW (fruitchains) and PBFT (Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance). Samikshan's notable projects include a transaction manager capable of handling concurrent transactions from multiple signers to enable better processing of API requests, a secure signer service and integrated with the transaction manager to sign transactions, and a monitoring service to track the lifecycle of an API call, websocket and webhook notifications for transaction confirmations and events. He also conducted R&D on layer2 scaling solutions on Ethereum, developing APIs to build payment solutions on layer2, developing a full-stack prototype as PoC for the same. Samikshan holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Durgapur. He completed his schooling from Don Bosco School, Bandel.
