Samruddhi is an experienced iOS Engineer based in the APAC region. She takes pride in developing the best payments app and services, and is always ready for a challenge or to create her own. She is currently on maternity leave from her role as a B Tech Project Engineer at Barclays Technology Centre in Pune, India. Samruddhi has a strong background in mobile app development, having previously worked as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Visa. During her time at Visa, she built a white-labeled app for issuers and worked on VIPER Architecture. She was responsible for unit and UI testing, followed Agile methodologies, revamped analytics events by integrating Google Tag Manager, and worked as a Scrum Master, contributing to scrum ceremonies. Samruddhi's current project at Barclays Technology Centre involves developing an E-Shopping Portal with Fraud Detection in Card Payment. She uses outlier analysis for detecting fraud by using the behavioral pattern of the customers along with their social and financial status. Various rules for fraud detection are considered, which if not followed can lead to a suspicious transaction. She maintains a history of past transactions of a user at the payment engine’s database and analyzes real data at the payment engine's database and data obtained from the user for fraud detection. A possible fraudulent transaction is declined at real-time. Samruddhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Sanstha's Cummins College of Engineering for Women. She is proficient in iOS, Swift, Java, Mobile, UI, Test, Tokenization, Integration, and Software Engineering. In her free time, Samruddhi enjoys reading and traveling.
