Samuel Pamudji is a seasoned Head of Engineering with over 17 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Ula, he is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of engineering strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's continued growth and success. Prior to his current role, Samuel held key positions at Axiata Digital Services Indonesia, where he served as the BoostPrenuer Digitalization Squad Leader and Customer Centric Squad Leader. In these roles, he was responsible for defining product strategies and roadmaps, managing the entire product development cycle, collaborating with various divisions to drive product initiatives, managing partners, and coaching and developing team members. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Bina Nusantara (Binus) and has a strong technical background as a Senior Software Engineer. He is proficient in various programming languages and technologies, including but not limited to, Java, Python, and React. Throughout his career, Samuel has demonstrated exceptional leadership and management skills, consistently delivering results and driving innovation in his teams. He is a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities, and his ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams has been integral to his success.
