Samuel is a highly reputed leader with a proven track record of expertise in cloud, mobile, and analytics areas. He has worked for a $7Bn global consumer products manufacturer operating in 4 continents. Samuel has demonstrated technical expertise, relationship management, and finance skills to implement projects and significantly increase reliability for critical systems in the ASPAC region. He has redefined the ASPAC CEO reporting strategy by using advanced visualization tools. Samuel is highly respected within the organization and held critical roles like compliance leader for the site, Ombudsman for the site, and authorized signatory for the site. Samuel is a certified Six Sigma Black belt and ITIL certified. He has organizational and strategic leadership skills groomed through acclaimed leadership programs at GE like EIMP & AIMC. He has deep experience in strategic outsourcing, managing remote infrastructure, SLA management, policy creation, and hands-on experience in leading the VMO globally. Currently, Samuel serves as the Executive Director - Digital COE & India IT Head at GE Appliances, a Haier company. His role focuses on enabling digital transformation strategy, developing roadmaps, developing people and processes across critical areas such as Smart home Solutions, Digital Engineering, Advance Technologies, Advance Infrastructure, Digital Enterprise IIOT, and Enterprise Integrations. Samuel is responsible for driving innovation and engagement with functional, business stakeholders, and product line leaders to develop and deploy features that will help enable Digital revenues. In his past roles, Samuel has served as the IT Transition Leader and IT Integration Leader at GE Appliances. He has also served as the Chief Technology Officer - ASPAC & TAS India Leader at GE Appliances & Lighting. Samuel has a post-graduate diploma in supply chain management from Symbiosis and a PG diploma in cyber law from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in international business from Pondicherry University and a PGDBM in finance and MIS from the Institute of Public Enterprise. Samuel completed his Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Osmania University. He is proficient in infra, mobile, AI, integration, and ML and has relevant experience
