Samujjwal Ghosh is a highly accomplished Machine Learning Engineer at Intel, specializing in Graph Neural Networks. With over 6 years of relevant experience, he has a proven track record of developing and accelerating machine learning models that work under limited supervision. Samujjwal recently submitted his PhD thesis in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing at IIT Hyderabad, India, where he focused on developing machine learning models that work under limited supervision. Samujjwal has worked on various state-of-the-art models, such as Graph Neural Networks (GCN, GAT), Contrastive Learning, Transformer-based Language Models (BERT, T5, XLM-RoBerta), and others. He has also supported as a Teaching Assistant in graduate-level Information Retrieval and Natural Language Processing courses for multiple semesters, with 50+ students. Samujjwal has advised SpoonShot.com, a Food-Tech startup, on Machine Learning since April 2020 to December 2021. He was also the moderator for the Machine Intelligence Group of ACM Chapter, IIT Hyderabad. Samujjwal has a strong educational background, with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning from IIT Hyderabad, a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
