Sanavulla C is a Talent Acquisition specialist currently working with Plivo, where he is responsible for building world-class teams for Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and Support portfolios. With over 8 years of relevant experience, Sanavulla is an engineer turned recruiter who is passionate about attracting, engaging, and hiring passive talent from startups, internet companies, and software companies. At Plivo, Sanavulla works closely with Engineer/Business Leaders to build core Engineering and Business teams. He is responsible for deciphering job descriptions into meaningful conversations, hand-holding candidates through the interview process, extending offers, and providing a personalized candidate journey. Sanavulla is also responsible for planning a big welcome for new hires to ensure they have a stellar onboarding experience with the company. Prior to joining Plivo, Sanavulla worked with Harman as a Talent Advisor and Careernet Technologies as a Lead for Talent Delivery and Talent Programs. He was involved in program management, sourcing delivery management, stakeholder management, process excellence, strategic planning, account management, market research, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking. Sanavulla holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, RKValley, and completed his PUC and SSC from the same institution. He is a research scientist and has a tech stack that includes relevant experience of 8.04 years.
