Sanchi Bansal is an ambitious and driven Software Developer with a passion for building innovative and impactful applications. Currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering at HMR Institute of Technology and Management in Delhi, India, Sanchi has already gained significant experience in the field. Sanchi has a strong background in web development, having built a blogging website using the MERN stack, as well as working with React and Firebase during her internship at Raahee. She is also skilled in game development, having built games using Python (Pygame) and JavaScript. Sanchi has also served as a mentor during #Build 2.0 with The Girl Code, where she built a Tetris game using Pygame. Sanchi is a passionate advocate for empowering underrepresented communities and dedicates her free time to working with communities that share her values. She has served as a mentor at WWC Delhi 2020 and is an active member of Twitter #DevelopHER India 2020. Currently serving as the Lead for the Developer Students Club (DSC) at HMRITM, Sanchi has founded the first successful DSC at her institute after going through a highly selective process by Google's Developer Relations team. She has conducted and led technical workshops and competitions, helping more than 150 students gain knowledge about Kotlin, GitHub, and Content Writing. Sanchi also built the DSC WOW website using React, which was a collaborated effort of 120+ DSCs from all over India and included technical workshops by speakers from Google and a 36-hour hackathon. Sanchi's past experience includes serving as Delhi Chapter Lead and Chapter Member at The Girl Code, where she managed workshops with Delhi chapter members and mentored 60+ students in HTML, CSS, and Python during #build program and workshops. Sanchi's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from HMR Institute of Technology & Management, expected to be completed in 2022, and she completed her schooling from N.K. Bagrodia Public School in 2018. With 2.45 years of relevant experience, Sanchi is a skilled Software Engineer with a strong background in web and game development, as well as a passion for empowering underrepresented communities.
