Sanchi Gupta is a highly skilled product leader with over 9 years of experience in building and scaling consumer and enterprise products across multiple channels. She has extensive experience in building consumer-focused products at various scales, including a payments solution for 200M users across the country, an affordable, accessible, and vernacular app for tier II & III cities, and an enterprise product for the Middle-East market. Sanchi has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field, having been awarded as an Influential Women Product Leader in the APAC region at Product Management Festival 2019, Singapore. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Atlassian, Sanchi has previously held the position of Head of Product at musafir.com, where she was responsible for defining product strategy and building a business travel management app for enterprises. During her time at musafir.com, Sanchi launched a seamless SaaS billing system to enable corporates to use their subscription-based offerings, developed a personalization engine for business travelers, and built an approval workflow to send detailed approval requests to managers with one-click processing. These initiatives helped to reduce the search to book TAT by 70% and acquire new corporates (20% increase in the first quarter after release). Sanchi has also worked as a Product Manager at Paytm, where she was responsible for making seamless and intuitive digital payments and banking workflows on the mobile app. She conceptualized and built the complete bank passbook product, developed money transfer and add money workflows, and created wireframes and developed the debit card issuance flow on the app. Sanchi has a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University and completed her schooling at Convent of Jesus & Mary. She is skilled in product management, search, Android, research science, iOS, mobile, and UI.
