Sanchit Agrawal is a detail-oriented engineering leader with over 12 years of experience in product strategy and business development. He has a clear understanding of machine learning concepts, optimization, and statistical methods. Sanchit is a hands-on architect with a history of delivering scalable, production-grade products. He is adept at managing all aspects of the agile development lifecycle, including planning, risk mitigation, change management, QA, and delivery. Currently, Sanchit is working as an Engineering Mentor at Unibuddy, where he is responsible for mentoring and guiding the engineering team. Previously, he has worked as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Lowe's India, where he provided technical leadership to a team of 13 diverse skilled engineers. He was responsible for scale-out of Self Checkout POS across 600 stores chain spread in the US. He introduced self-cash handling capabilities at Self Checkout Kiosks and improved monitoring dashboard capabilities for real-time view for both technical and business audiences. Sanchit was also a part of multiple strategic discussions during his tenure at Lowe's India. Prior to Lowe's India, Sanchit worked as a Technical Architect at Bosch, where he was a member of Bosch's IoT Innovation & Platform Team. He architected and delivered solutions in domains such as Smart City, Industry 4.0, and Connected Cars. Sanchit has experience in building cloud-native applications and deploying them. He is responsible for reliability and NFRs in general for the microservices and ML models. Sanchit holds a Master of Science degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Hyderabad. He completed his Senior Secondary education from Army School Bareilly Cantt, where he studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Sanchit's technical skills include Senior Software Engineering, Machine Learning, QA, Parts-of-speech, and Microservices.
