Prior to his current position, Sanchit worked as a Senior Product Manager at Redfin, where he led the Tour Automation team to focus on driving growth for tours by creating tools for support staff and agents to handle tours efficiently. He also identified missing data for future automation and created a roadmap to track it. Sanchit's leadership and technical skills helped to provide a stronger foundation and clearer workflow for agents and support staff, which led to a smoother project execution. Sanchit also worked as a Product Manager at Microsoft, where he worked on Microsoft Staffhub from the ground up. He gathered data and created an experience that is fast and suitable for everyone and their different work flows. He led the re-architecture of the web platform and made intentional functionality changes based on the biggest problems, which led to a successful delivery of the new experience to all users. He also migrated the Microsoft StaffHub functionality into Microsoft Teams and scaled up to different industries.
